Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Teerop, we want you to be satisfied with our products and services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid plans on our platform. Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page.
2. Portfolio Builder — Pro Plan
Portfolio Builder Pro is billed at $3 USD per month, or $2 USD per month for accounts registered with a valid .edu.pk email address. Pro includes custom domain support and custom CSS.
- Refunds apply to the first Pro payment only, within 7 days of purchase.
- Monthly renewal payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- After a refund or cancellation, Pro features (custom domain and custom CSS) are deactivated at the end of the billing period.
- Student pricing ($2/month) applies only while your account uses a verified .edu.pk email.
3. Portfolio Builder — Free Plan
The Free plan is offered at no charge. No payment is collected and no refunds apply. Free accounts include standard themes and a public share link but do not include custom domain or custom CSS.
4. OneG Learning Platform
OneG is free for everyone. No payment is required and no refunds apply. If paid tiers are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before any charges take effect.
5. AI & Custom Development Services
For custom AI and web development projects:
- Deposits are refundable if work has not yet commenced.
- Once development has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
- Final milestone payments are non-refundable after delivery and client approval.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email teeropofficial@gmail.com with:
- Your account email address
- Plan type (Pro standard or Pro student)
- Payment or transaction date
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel Portfolio Builder Pro at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
8. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions
- Services already fully delivered and accepted
- Requests made after the 7-day first-payment refund window
- Free plans or free OneG access
